"The experience at the Samsung store while trying to purchase a microwave was quite disappointing। The staff were not helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting with basic queries about the different microwave models. The microwave on display was not set up properly; it was unstable and looked like it hadn't been maintained well, which raised concerns about product quality. When questions about features and after-sales service were asked, the responses from the staff were vague and lacked any real information or willingness to help. Even the overall atmosphere in the store felt unwelcoming, making the shopping experience frustrating rather than enjoyable. Would not recommend this outlet based on the visit"

"We visited the place at 7.30 pm on 18 Feb 21. Employees were leaving and they did not let us enter and even see the new products. On being confronted for 8pm timing closing they did not seem to care. We eventually were welcomed by Croma at DLF mall of India where we ended up buying a Samsung Fridge and Microwave, purely because of their excellent service and attitude. Hate giving negative reviews, however this one was truly deserving. Hope the owners of this retail outfit take notice and take necessary steps."
